Daily, 5 PM to 10 PM. Last seatings at 9:45. The cellar pours until close.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. A small bar is held nightly for guests without a booking. First arrived, first seated.
Is there a dress code?
Considered, not required. Most guests dress for an evening out, but the room welcomes whatever you arrive in.
Do you have private dining?
The private room seats fourteen and the chef's table seats eight. For both, plus full buy-outs, write to contactus@gourmandnj.com.
Is BYOB allowed?
The cellar pours wine; BYOB is welcomed when guests prefer their own bottle.
What kind of menu does Gourmand serve?
Modern American with global influences. Chef Imer Jose Garcia leads the kitchen. The menu blends classic technique with contemporary flavor, plus signature tableside mocktails and a curated cellar.
